Application for Exchange Students and Japanese Program Students

The academic year is divided into two semesters, first semester (spring semester) and second semester (fall semester). One academic year comprises two semesters and each ends with an examination week. The first semester begins in early April and ends in early August. The second semester begins from the mid-September and ends in the mid-February.

We would like to receive an application form 5 months prior to the start of each semester, with regard to administrative process for permission pertaining to status of residence.
It is also OK for applying throughout a year.

Our overseas partner university students who wish to study in SU are requested to fill out and submit the application form. Based on the application form, we will check the availability of suitable professors who are accepting exchange students.

According to our agreement, tuition fees are exempted for our overseas partner university students. Accommodation will be provided for 35,000 yen per a month.(discounted)
